Prism's TracknDown Traces of Dustprint
Trace is a girl I have waited for since I first bred Bess to Hunter (2003).
I wanted to keep a girl but kept Jake instead- so that girl I would've kept went to Lee Bryson with the understanding she would breed her to Trooper someday. That day came, and from that breeding I got Trace.
Maxie and I went to evaluate the litter and chose Trace for our own- Lee had a litter theme of law enforcement, so a name for Trace was months in coming. We went through I know ten names. We like the call name to go with the registered name, so this was difficult.
Here she is- Prism’s TracknDown Traces of Dustprint.
Trace is making fantastic progress on her Rally obedience skills, and general obedience. She's so cute, her response to EVERYTHING is to sit and see if that gets her a treat. She's swimming well, and is finding that the grooming table means special, alone time with the person who feeds her (and therefore is the center of her universe) and she now volunteers to be groomed if she sees a table to leap on. She's working on her Junior Hunter skills with Kim Trafton of TurtleCreek Sporting Dogs and we were thrilled to get her prelims done and see we may just have another OFA Excellent girl here! Trace is special- she really wants to please, and is a loving and easy dog to be with.
